How does the process work?

After receiving the payment, you will receive a questionnaire. The questionnaire will be sent to the email which the payment came from. 

What is the Turnaround time? 

The turnaround time for digital goods can be anywhere from 1-2 weeks.

The turnaround time for printed goods can be anywhere from 2-4 weeks

What file formats will I receive?

Each client will receive the PNG & JPG of their logo. 

How many revisions will I receive? 

All clients receive 2 proofs and 3 revisions. After the advertised number of revisions, the client is charged $10 per revisions. 

Refund Policy:

All sales are FINAL. Payments are non-refundable.
